Photo Scanning Services
In a nutshell
1) You sort / select content to be scanned
2) You contact me for an estimate on a flat scanning fee
3) You ship your content to me
4) I scan your pictures and provide a link to a secure folder for you download your images
5) You select the pictures you would like slightly retouched
6) You confirm you have downloaded all your pictures
7) I provide you with an invoice
8) Upon payment, I ship your content back to you
For a successful delivery, it is important that you take the time to sort and select the documents you wish to submit for digital scanning. Each physical piece counts as one (1) scan.
For example, 1 strip of 35mm negatives = 1 piece to scan. 1 picture = 1 piece. 1 slide = 1 piece.
Once you have sorted and organized your "pieces", you will need to ship them to me (we can meet within a range of 50 miles, reference Zip Code 05839). Please get in contact with me for an estimate of the scanning work before shipping anything to me! Shipping costs will be added to your final invoice to return your pictures to you. (between 5$-25$)
Once I receive your "pieces", I will acknowledge receipt and confirm the quantities I have received from you and provide you with an estimated completion timeline. Typically, scanning will take one (1) week of 100 pieces. We can discuss a timeline for large scanning projects.
